As the session progressed, grounding practices were implemented to balance energy. Participants were instructed to lift their legs while engaging their core and utilizing Breath of Fire to increase pelvic strength and release tension. These grounding exercises encouraged participants to root themselves in the present moment, creating a solid foundation from which to move forward.
