To begin, stand with your feet hip-width apart and maintain an upright posture. Gaze straight ahead as you inhale deeply. Step your right leg back approximately three feet from your standing position. Interlace your fingers while keeping your index fingers extended, forming a steeple with your hands. Lift your arms overhead and focus your gaze on the tips of your fingers.

Gaining Length and Depth

Take a deep breath in, extend your body further, and slowly bow forward. Keep your focus on your fingertips as you lower your forehead toward your knee. It’s perfectly fine to bend your knee to accommodate your flexibility. As you reach down, visualize a line of light extending from the crown of your head down to your base chakra, connecting your energy pathways.
