The cyclical nature of the breath invigorates the mind and prepares the body for deeper stretches.
Strengthening Through Back Plank
Stretching the legs out, participants are instructed to place their hands behind the torso and lift into a back plank. This movement fosters strength and flexibility, with a focus on maintaining breath consistency. Participants move dynamically between the two postures (back plank and seated position), further enhancing their strength and coordination.
