Closing with Mantras and Meditation
Returning to a seated position, participants place their right hand over their left palm, encouraging a calm, focused state. They close their eyes and visualize uplifting themselves with an inward look, all while engaging in mantra recitation. As they chant, a deeper spiritual connection unfurls, accompanied by the physical practice of pulling the navel in and pressing the tongue to the roof of the mouth.
