The session begins by encouraging participants to awaken their energy channels. For three minutes, the practice focuses on shaking to release any negativity that no longer serves them. Participants are advised to stand and shake their bodies freely—wiggling their hips, arms, and necks. This physical engagement not only energizes the participants but also prepares them mentally and physically for the work ahead.
Following the shaking, a moment of stillness is observed, where participants take a deep inhalation, hold their breath, and engage in mulabandha (the contraction of the perineum), signaling the start of the chakra journey.
