The core part of the routine centers around stimulating the crown chakra through a series of movements. Participants are instructed to gently tap the top of their heads with their fingertips, resembling a bird pecking. This tapping not only invigorates the physical area surrounding the chakra but also encourages the release of mental tension. Accompanying exhales facilitate a natural release of stress, enhancing the experience of tapping.
Once participants are encouraged to switch arms to continue tapping, the speaker guides them into another energy exercise—rubbing their palms together to generate heat. This step is important as it creates a heightened energy sensation between the palms which can be directed towards the crown chakra.
