After an invigorating flow, the practice transitions into restorative poses to ground the energy generated. Options like Sphinx pose, Bridge, and eventually Shoulder Stand or plow pose encourage participants to embody a sense of surrender and come back to their roots. In these postures, there's an emphasis on relaxation of the mind while being rooted.
The journey ends with the practitioners resting in Shavasana (Corpse Pose), where the invitation to surrender completely allows participants to internalize the experience of wholeness and connection through the entire chakra system. They are reminded of their unity and connection to themselves and the universe.
