To engage with this chakra effectively, we encourage regular meditation, even if it’s merely for a few minutes at a time. It’s important to approach this practice without resistance. Allow your thoughts to come and go without judgment. Over time, with persistent practice, you will find it easier to sit in meditation, simultaneously deepening your self-awareness.
The process may begin with three minutes, but with dedication, you can extend this duration and reach a more profound understanding of yourself and your consciousness.
