Meditation and Stillness
Once you have completed your rounds of alternate nostril breathing, it’s time to transition into stillness. Close your eyes and embrace a meditative state, allowing the energy cultivated through your breath to settle.
Opening to Your Greatness
An additional exercise to enhance your connection to the Crown Chakra is the practice of “Open to Your Greatness.” This movement helps in reinforcing the connection between your physical body and your cosmic energy.
