The crown chakra, known as Sahasrara in Sanskrit, is positioned at the crown of the head. It serves as a bridge connecting our individual consciousness to the universal consciousness. When this chakra is open and balanced, it promotes higher states of awareness, insight, and peacefulness. In contrast, a blocked crown chakra can lead to feelings of isolation, spiritual disconnection, and a lack of purpose.

In this session, participants are guided to a seated position with hands resting on their knees, encouraging an upright posture, reminiscent of a string being pulled from their crown towards the ceiling. This physical grounding helps set the stage for the ensuing practice that emphasizes both breath and movement.
