The practice moves into Camel Pose, a back-bending sequence that opens the front body and expands the chest, further stimulating the crown chakra and helping to release any tension. After this invigorating pose, participants are guided back into Child's Pose to counter the intensity of the backbend, allowing them a moment to breathe and reconnect with their center.
