At the back of the neck lies an area often referred to as a "gateway" or "portal" to other realms of existence. This is where the rudra granti or the rudra note is located. The significance of this point cannot be overstated, as it plays a pivotal role in spiritual awakening. When the rudra granti is "broken," it allows for a rise in consciousness that can ascend to the third eye, further up to the crown chakra, and even beyond, touching upon two more chakras situated outside the crown and the brahmarandra.
