The meditation then invites participants to focus on the first chakra, located at the base of the spine, also known as the root chakra. As awareness is drawn to this area, imagery of a glowing red ball of light energy is introduced. The practitioner is instructed to take deep breaths, letting this light grow brighter and stronger. This energy is understood to facilitate a connection between the Earth and the body, promoting grounding and stability.
