We begin our session in Mountain Pose (Tadasana). Standing tall with feet together, this posture symbolizes stability and grounding. As we position our feet, we ensure that our knees align over our ankles, and our hips are directly above our knees. We gently tuck our tailbone and roll our shoulders back to further engage our core. In this pose, we center ourselves, distributing our weight evenly and activating our breath—taking deep, conscious inhales and exhales that invite us into the present moment.
