Transitioning into Chair Pose, we further ground ourselves by ensuring our knees sit behind our toes while extending our arms upward, creating a powerful channel for energy to flow.

Each pose emphasizes the characteristics of the third chakra: personal strength, determination, and balance. As we practice, we maintain mindful attention to our breathing and grounding in our physicality.
