Starting the Session: Tuning In
The practice began with participants sitting in a comfortable position, rubbing their hands together to create warmth and inviting energy. With hands positioned on the chest, the group chanted the Ad Guru mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, which translates to seeking guidance and protection while setting a positive intention for the session.
