Transitioning into Mountain Pose, participants stood tall with feet together and shoulders rolled back, embracing the present moment. This foundational pose grounded practitioners to the Earth, fostering a sense of safety and security.
Energizing the Body and Breath
Deep yogic breaths helped practitioners connect to their body and release tension. Placing consciousness on weight distribution in the feet and warming up the spine with gentle movements, the practice aimed to draw attention inward while activating the body's energy channels.
Neck rolls followed, promoting flexibility and further grounding in the Mountain Pose.
