Next, participants shifted into the half-lotus posture, a seated position that promotes stability and calmness. With their hands raised to forehead level, participants focused on sensing the energy building between their palms. The exercise involved alternately pulling the hands apart and bringing them back together while imagining radiant violet lotus flowers opening and closing with each breath.
This movement nurtured a deeper connection to the sensation of energy flowing throughout the body. By repeating this exercise, individuals could intensify their experience, fostering a relaxing brightness that cascaded down through their chakras.
