Part 3/9:
To activate the Sahasrara, practitioners can embark on a meditative journey starting in Shavasana (Corpse Pose). This position allows for the spine to rest in a neutral alignment, facilitating an upward flow of energy from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Deep, full breaths enhance this practice by drawing energy through the body.
The process begins by allowing the breath to fill the lower abdomen, gradually expanding upward to the ribcage and the chest until even the clavicle is engaged. The practice encourages longer inhalations to establish a sense of fullness, followed by smooth, relaxing exhalations, enabling the energy to descend back down.
