Participants are guided to envision a small, bright ball of light at this point, emphasizing the importance of letting go of stress and tension. As they concentrate on this energy center, they are reminded to relax their hips, thighs, and legs.
The gentle reminders to release burdens lead to an exploration of bodily sensations, reinforcing the connection between mind and body. As relaxation permeates through the lower body, practitioners are encouraged to focus on their breath and internal states.
