Simultaneously, exhale and visualize Earth’s grounding energy rising from the base of your spine, steadily moving upward until it meets the energy from above at your heart level. During this exchange, these two powerful energies converge and harmonize, creating a profound feeling of wholeness and balance within your body.
Sustaining the Meditative State
Remain in this meditative position for as long as you feel comfortable. The practice of deep breathing and energy visualization can typically last one to two minutes, but if time allows, extending your session can help deepen your experience. Listen to your body — the goal is to settle into a state of calm and connection, so take as long as you need to feel fully engaged in the process.
