We begin our session with an Om meditation, a sound deeply connected to the seventh chakra. As you adopt a comfortable seated position – whether cross-legged, on a cushion, or in a chair – take a moment to attune to the energy within and around you. Engage in a combination of meditation techniques, including mantra pronunciation and pranayama (breath control).
Bringing your palms together above your head, gently press the heels of your hands together on top of your crown, and notice the sensations that arise as you prepare to chant the Om. This intimate connection with your crown chakra prepares the pathway for our exploration of Sahasrara.
