We’ll engage in a variety of movements, beginning with circular motions centered around the base of your spine. Each rotation serves to invigorate the energy within, drawing attention to the core regions associated with the lower chakras before allowing that energy to rise along the spine, covering every significant point up to the crown.
Subsequent movements will incorporate stretches that delve deeper into the throat chakra, enhancing communication and expression—both of which are vital for crown chakra alignment. As we perform neck rotations and flexions, it’s important to maintain engagement in the embodiment of our energies through mula bandha (root lock) and uddiyana bandha (upward abdominal lock).
