As the class begins, participants are encouraged to find a comfortable lying position, aiming to settle into their bodies and clear the clutter of the day. The instructor gently guides them to slow their breath, focusing on the crown chakra located at the top of the head. This energetic center represents our spiritual connection, purpose, and faith, often associated with the color purple.
The essence of this practice is to cultivate calm and tranquility while fostering awareness of this chakra. Participants are urged to soften their shoulders, jaws, and to allow their hips to melt into the ground, promoting complete relaxation.
