Continued Presence in Shavasana
As the session progresses, participants are invited to remain in shavasana for several more minutes, maintaining a focus on the pulsating purple light while allowing their minds to wander, observing sensations and thoughts without judgment. The gentle chime of a bell will signal the conclusion of the practice, reinforcing the feeling of safety and peace that has been cultivated.
