However, the crown chakra can obstruct its flow due to negative thoughts or emotional turmoil. Blame directed towards oneself, others, or faith can cause blockages, leading to feelings of disconnection from reality. This often results in a reliance on dreams of the future as an escape from present chaos, which can ultimately hinder one's spiritual growth.
