The standing prayer pose encourages grounding through the feet. Start by standing tall, feeling rooted to the earth beneath you. With deep breaths, raise your arms to a prayer position. Imagine a beam of light entering through your crown chakra on the inhale, and release negative energy through your feet as you exhale.
Tree Pose
Lastly, Jacqueline introduced the tree pose. Begin in a standing position and lift one foot to rest on the calf or thigh of the opposite leg (avoiding the knee). When balanced, raise your arms over your head, embodying the strength and stability of a tree. This pose not only engages the crown chakra but also cultivates physical balance and strength.
