This exercise begins with standing in a comfortable position, feet shoulder-width apart, and clenching fists. Individuals are encouraged to tense every muscle in their body, from the jaw to the neck, while taking deep breaths. Holding this tension for as long as possible allows the practitioner to fully engage with their physical body before experiencing a release of that tension.
This practice not only helps in muscle relaxation but also serves as an invitation to connect deeply with one’s own body, fostering a greater sense of awareness.
