It instills a sense of stability that is crucial for functioning at an optimal level.
In contrast, when we engage with challenges and succeed, we tap into our third center, which governs our personal power and ego. Herein lies a symbolic lesson from literature, like that of Tolkien's works, where relinquishing power for something greater—like love—becomes fundamental to transcending the basic impulses driven by our energy centers.
