Transitioning from seated poses into a tabletop position, we engage in cat-cow sequences, allowing the spine to articulate and feel alive. Organic movements encourage connection with the body—circulating the hips or shaking out the head to release tension.
Next, our practice shifts to downward-facing dog, where we engage our whole body and connect with the mat, establishing a sense of grounding. The energy flows as we move through sun salutations, incorporating elements like cobra pose and plank, each positioning allowing us to deepen our breath while fostering strength.
