Part 5/8:
In our next set of sequences, we introduce chair pose combined with airplane arms, challenging ourselves in balance while engaging core strength. The integration of movements, such as lifting our heels, elevates the intensity and allows us to stay concentrated.
We flow again into warrior poses, transitioning into triangle and then half-moon, where balance becomes key. The potential for the body to open up and stabilize is tested, inviting us to embrace our core strengths while remaining flexible.
Surrendering to the Flow
Throughout the practice, we were reminded to keep coming back to our breath, staying connected to our experience whether we faced discomfort or a sense of ease.
