Part 7/8:
Returning to an easy seated position, we reflect on our journey through the chakras. Each step has brought us closer to understanding ourselves and the interconnectedness of our physical and spiritual bodies. We culminate our practice by bringing hands to heart, exhaling into gratitude, and acknowledging the growth we have experienced.
As a part of the closing, students are encouraged to reach out with their experiences, feedback, and suggestions for future classes, emphasizing the importance of community in practice.
With a final bow of respect and gratitude, we conclude our journey into the crown chakra, releasing ourselves into the greater flow of life.
