Chanting
Begin to chant the word “Guru” aloud or silently. The significance of this mantra is profound; it translates to "God is with me" and serves as a reminder of the divine presence permeating every aspect of your being. This chant should be repeated for 11 minutes, allowing the vibration of the sound to resonate deeply within every cell of your body, promoting a sense of connection and elevation.
