Concluding the Meditation
As you approach the end of your meditation session, prepare for the closing breaths. Inhale deeply and hold your breath for as long as it feels comfortable. This pause allows the life-giving energy to fill and energize your body.
Completing the Cycle
After holding your breath, exhale completely, letting go of any tension or distractions that may have arisen during your practice. Repeat this cycle of inhaling, holding, and exhaling two more times for a total of three cycles. This conscious breathing helps to seal the practice, integrating the energy cultivated throughout the meditation into your being.
