Practitioners are guided to visualize bright red energy while performing a specific breathing technique known as Combe Bach. This technique—consisting of inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding—connects deeply with the foundational energy of the root chakra.

Participants engage in physical movements that emphasize grounding, flexing their heels and stretching forward. Aloud, they repeat affirmations focused on the root chakra: “I am my truth.
