The next phase involved various stretches and poses, including moving into all fours and finding downward-facing dog positions. Each pose was woven into the tapestry of our breath, reminding us of the importance of synchronizing our movements with our inhalations and exhalations.
As we transitioned through several asanas, the focus remained on releasing tension, discovering our physical limits, and nurturing our inner peace. Participants were reminded that the journey towards understanding and opening the crown chakra requires patience and self-kindness.
