To prepare for the next stages of the session, participants engaged in various exercises designed to awaken their bodies and inner energies. With closed eyes, they engaged in a series of long, deep breaths, cultivating a sense of calm and wisdom. Movements aimed to elongate the spine and enhance energy flow allowed participants to feel the vibrational shifts within their bodies. They were encouraged to engage their core while exploring movements that would awaken their vital energy.
