As we enter Day 38 of our yoga journey, the air is filled with a sense of accomplishment and anticipation. With only three days left in this transformative practice, the focus today is on enhancing inner vitality and stamina through a carefully crafted Kriya.
Setting the Intention
Starting the session with a grounding connection, the practice opens with participants rubbing their hands together, bringing them to the sternum, and taking a few deep breaths. The atmosphere becomes charged with energy as they chant, resonating with the spirit of yoga. This prepares both the mind and body for the physical journey ahead.
