The Focus of the Kriya
The Kriya consists of four straightforward yet purposeful parts that allow participants to work deeply without overly straining the body. The instructor emphasizes the importance of mindfulness, particularly in connecting with one's kidneys during the practice. Participants are encouraged to visualize the flushing of toxins, alongside the significant internal massage the exercises will provide.
