The practice transitions into physical movements aimed at warming the spine. Participants are led through Sufi Grind movements, where they rotate their spine in a circular fashion to stimulate various chakras. Inhaling while leaning forward and exhaling while rounding back, practitioners are encouraged to synchronize their breath with each movement. This circular motion not only awakens the spine but also promotes blood flow throughout the abdominal area and facilitates deeper breathing.

A shift occurs when the direction of movement is reversed, further allowing participants to discover new sensations in their bodies. Each rotation serves to massage internal organs, open the heart and lungs, and prepare the body for further practice.
