Incorporating Twists and Relaxation
As the session continues, Anil introduces standing twists to further enhance flexibility and engage the core. Participants are encouraged to keep their arms parallel to the ground and breathe powerfully while maintaining an upright posture. These meditative twists help in detoxifying the spine and promoting circulation throughout the body.
