As the session draws to a close, participants are gently guided back to awareness, moving their fingertips and toes and gradually rolling into sitting position. To conclude the practice, the universal mantra, “Satnam,” is chanted, encapsulating the essence of truth and the energy cultivated throughout the Kriya.
