Part 3/5:
Easy Pose Sequence
Moving into Easy Pose allows practitioners to connect more deeply.
- Back and forth movements follow, with participants inhaling to lift the chest and exhaling to round the lower back. This gentle flow cultivates a connection within the spine, promoting ease throughout the body.
Core and Awareness Through Movement
In a sequence focusing on the core, participants lie on their backs to engage in a controlled flow of bringing opposite knee and arm together.
- Movement and Breath Coordination: Each inhalation lifts the knee and arm, while each exhalation returns to the starting position, fostering alignment between breath and movement.
Transitioning to a Cat-Cow stretch on hands and knees facilitates a deeper spinal mobilization.
