Baby Pose and Spirals
The session continues as participants ease into Baby Pose, resting heavily on their foreheads and allowing shoulders to relax. After this calming posture, the practice transitions into a gentle torso twist with arms grasping shoulders, nurturing the spinal column's flexibility and releasing tension.
Shoulder Movements
During this phase, big shoulder rolls are introduced. This movement, combined with deep breaths, culminates in a deeper relaxation phase, where individuals lie flat on their backs, palms facing up, allowing for complete surrender and awareness of the self.
