Part 4/6:
A compelling metaphor often brought up in discussions of Kriya Yoga is that of a surfer. Just as a surfer learns techniques to catch a wave, practitioners of Kriya Yoga must learn the tools that help them navigate their life's ups and downs. Riding the wave of life demands adaptability—making adjustments, changing direction, and maintaining sensitivity to one’s surroundings.
Kriya Yoga provides these tools and empowers practitioners to face challenges with the right mindset and energy. It doesn’t eliminate problems but offers mechanisms to manage and respond to them effectively.
