Understanding Narish Shudi
The term Nishi, or cleansing, refers to the purification of the two primary nadis, namely the Pingala and Ida, which represent the energy channels within our body. Focusing on the breath establishes a connection between our mental states and physical health, promoting balance in our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
