Embracing Silent Reflection
After practicing Anulom Vilom, participants are encouraged to take a moment of silence. With their eyes closed, they can relish the tranquil sensation surging through their body and mind. This silent reflection allows for the assimilation of the benefits gained from the practice.
Following this period of stillness, a gentle awakening takes place by rubbing the hands together and placing them over the eyes before slowly opening them, signifying a return to the present moment.
