You can hold anywhere on the back of your leg—wherever feels comfortable. If you want to intensify the stretch, straighten your left leg. This pose serves to strengthen the hamstrings while stretching the lower back. After a few breaths, switch to the left side.

Pose 5: Bridge Pose

Conclude the sequence with Bridge Pose. Start by lying on your back, feet hip-width apart and arms by your sides. Press your heels into the mat and lift your hips toward the ceiling. This motion engages the glutes and hamstrings, crucial for providing support and stability to the lower back.
