Part 2/8:
We start this practice with a calm and inviting atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to find a comfortable space to perform the stretches at home. The session unfolds with a series of gentle movements that aim to relieve sciatica symptoms, helping individuals connect with their bodies while easing discomfort.
Starting Position: Bound Angle Pose
The routine begins in Bonasana, or Bound Angle Pose, where participants are guided to bring their feet together and allow their knees to fall apart. By resting the hands behind the body and gently pulsing the knees downwards, individuals can ease tension in their glutes. This initial movement helps to massage the lower back and prepare the body for deeper stretches.
