Figure Four Stretch

The next stage of the routine introduces the figure four stretch. Lift your hips off the floor to place your right ankle on your left knee, then lower your hips down. To deepen the stretch, bend your left knee slightly, drawing your left foot down the wall. This motion will help to engage and stretch the right hip, glute, and piriformis muscles.
